Complaint regarding unauthorised deduction by Vodafone

99rs of amount was deducted from mobile number 91xxxxxxxxxx9,on 18 dec 2017, it has been more than 15 days but no co-operation was provided from Vodafone customer care. They don’t cooperate with their customer. Tried to contact nodal office but no response from them too. Vodafone is not loyal to its customer. My only request is to refund my money since its more than 15 days.
