I have tried to use No broker rent pay service which fraudulently advertises instant payments of rent to owner.once I made the payment,the payment was put on hold saying additional details are required which were never mentioned once the service is started. Once the additional documents were uploaded the website says it would take another 48hrs to process the service. I tried customer care to check on this timeline for service delivery which was in stark contradiction to the advertised instant transfer. i requested for cancellation and full refund of my money but the no broker customer care threatened to charge 3% of my transaction as service fees for an unrendered service. I asked them to finish the service as soon as possible or provide me full refund. They have refunded my money withholding 3% value of the transaction without properly informing the reason why they did so not gave me an early communication about this. So I would like to raise a complaint for refunding of these fraudulent charges of 1780.
