Complaint regarding unfulfilled return pickup by Meesho and Ecom

Ecom and meesho services. Value: 1000.

we have raised return request for meesho items. they have allotted to ecom express for return pickup. we have given him the parcel both the cases. they have taken the request code also. but after that they havent updated the receipt of the parcel. meesho says we have not returned the parcel. ecom express not responding. finally we lost both the parcel and refund amount. none of them are responding, meesho is very rude in this matter
