For the last 12 days I am facing the No signal issue in my Videocon D2h DTH service. Contacted the customer care service many times but everytime used to get the same reply that within 48 hours the service executive will visit and the issue will get resolved. Unfortunately, till date no one has visited. The matter I escalated to Videocon Nodal Officer, Hyderabad ( Mr. B Sxxxxh) and got assurance that the issue will get resolved but nothing happened and feeling disgusted for being a faithful customer of Videocon D2h for the last 8 years.
Kindly, requested ti take suitable action so that the issue get resolved at the earliest.
Please Not: we are working couple, only available on weekends full time at home
