Complaint regarding unwanted calls from Crossroads

Daily unwanted calls from Crossroads for membership. They are calling daily to take the membership.
I have told them that I am not interested in their plans still their agent’s abuse on the phone and keep calling. please help.
Even the female agents are very rude and keep calling daily.

He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013.
