Complaint regarding upvc doors & windows from Usha Fenestra

Myself from Porbandar, Gujarat. I am doing this complaint on behalf of my client. This is regarding problems in upvc doors and windows we have installed at our residential site in porbandar.

We have purchased from Usha Fenestra System (P) Ltd. At ahmedabad branch. Web: www.ushawin.com
We are facing technical problems in doors and windows After installation such as hinges not working properly. Many parts are getting rusted, doors not opening properly, colors are fading.

We have many complaints regarding this issues to the company, But we are not getting any positive response. We hope you look into this matter and do the required.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them.
