Complaint regarding Videocon D2H recharge

I am recharging regularly and from last more than one year they are charging as per 300 rs/month. Recently I have recharged on 30th March, 2018 with 100rs and I got message regarding successful recharge of 100 rs and last date is 17th June, 2018. Again I have done recharge of 100rs on 14th April, 2018 and I got message of successful recharge of 100 rs and last date is 16th June, 2018.

Instead of increase in last day of 27th June, 2018 the last date is changed to 16th June, 2018. I don’t know how this happen, i have also not active any add-on of except KKW offer English HD entertainment and Movies add-on at 1 rs. And GST .0.18 rs. Total 1.18 rs.

I have also feel that this happen to me earlier also but I am not sure and also not have proof but this time I have save the message send by company about recharge and last date. Please find attachment. I have talk to customer care but no one have register my complain and also no one have complete full talk about the said problem.

They disconnect my call and many time no one is answering my call and no one called me after that, and many time my call cut automatically. Please do something about this because if the company do the same thing with his customers then it is the biggest scam done by company. For example, If there are 10 lakh customer and they not give 100 rs balance then the scam of 1 lakh * 100 rs = 100 lakh rs/annum. Please do something about this.     I had done recharge of 300rs but it shows that you have not done recharge

    Regarding Videocon d2h
    They have the worst customer care service which doesn’t respond to customer appropriately. I’m customer of d2h Videocon from past 10 years,3 days I ago I faced a problem that says that you have insufficient balance in your account and that’s why you can’t see the channel despite of having more than 700rs recharge on contacting customer care they said that it’s default from their end in their setup box & will replace it within 24hrs but none of them after that are responding to any calls seriously. I have called them more than 50 time they say they will transfer the call to their senior but no one responded it’s pathetic from their end they are just fooling customer. Not know the way to talk to customer behaving as we are the ones who had taken loan from them & not returning their money.
