Complaint regarding Videocon d2h recharge

Full benefit not given for recharge of Videocon d2h. I am having Videocon D2H connection. For 655/- pm. On site Videocon is displaying 656 for 1 month and 1593 for 3 months. I recharged for 1593/- but they have given me about 75 days. Now I want them to either give me 90 days or refund me 1593/-. Videocon is not replying to my mails. My no 844901.
