Complaint regarding Videocon D2H service issue

I am suing videocon d2h id no 78524780. i have activated on 27/11/2017 star sports select 1 channel with recharge amount Rs.1 for one month. That time I called to customer care department for details and they said Rs. 1 for 1 month subscription after that any time i can cancell the channel. After that i called to customer care department before the end of the month and requested for deactivating the channel. That time they are telling that 3 months lokin period for the channel to cancell for this I railsed 3 times complaint and without calling to the customer they are closing the request call and no message regarding that and they are telling that they called so many times to customer registered number. 3rd complaint number i registered recently with no 546698103 and i got phone call from the company and they are saying that they will refund only one month amount. But with this discussion already customer is loosing 3 months subscription amount . Please see to that and solve my issue. Thank you
