I am having having multiroom connections. But only primary connection is working and secondary multiroom connection is not working. Smart card no of secondary connection is 10277941075.
I approached to customer care and service engg in my area who upgraded my settop box from SD to HD but no solution. I am fed up with the poor responses of service engg.
He pick up phone and place it aside and finally i have to disconnect the call. Noone at customer care is able to understand the problem.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue or i have to switch from videocon to other DTH service. customer ID 60749750
