On 29 july 2018 I received a call from videocon care they advised me about offer which is related to bhakti channel but suddenly I declined that offer and I said them to do not activate that channel and i cutted the call but also they activated the channel without my permission.. And suddenly my account balance was low due to bhakti channel my pack finished before the one month then i called to customer care of videocon d2h on 13 August 2018 and I mentioned my problem they said that they sent email of my problem to next door and I received a message that my problem will resolve before 16 August 2018 (2.45)pm but it not resolved then again I called to care but then they to problem will solve in 24 hrs but also it not resolved I m complained very time but I m not satisfied about their actions… So i want to complaint against them
