We have purchased the 40″ led of videocon on 17th March’17. Before 10 days we started facing issues on led and my mother lodged the complaint to which they replied it would be resolved in 24-48hrs then they asked should we register the complaint with this number from which you are calling. My mother said yes. Later after 3-4 days my mother called them again and they said the complaint was closed. To which my mother asked who told this they they had no reply. They again lodged ghr complaint and again asked the same question “should we write the same number from which you are calling and the engineer would visit you in 24-48 hrs” my mother again said OK. Today my called them again and they started shouting and after asking several times they shared the number which they have mentioned for registering the complaint with us which was WRONG. My mother asked them to connect the call with the senior and by the time I came on the call and I spoke to the lady on the call and she started shouting “JITNA PUCHA JA RAHA HAI UTNA HI BOLO” and she DISCONNECTED THE CALL. I want to know is this the way they speak to their customers while sales also and whether the LED would be repaired or not? They have treated my old age parents in such a manner that I can not even explain. The way she spoke to my mother was not exceptable at all.
