Complaint regarding Vodafone postpaid to prepaid conversion

I change this number postpaid to prepaid on 27 November local Vodafone store person said it changed to prepaid with in 7 days but I didn’t changed in 7. It’s changed after 10days. After converted to prepaid they need to recharge immediately for activation but they didn’t i went to store and asked when will you recharge to activate my number they said I need proper verification from Vodafone care I will recharge in two days.after two day they not recharged , this my number I need urgent for banking transactions no incoming and outgoing I recharge small pack to call and send msg. After two day I call local Vodafone store sir when will recharge my pack(?209), and I said I put small pack for urgent they said why should u recharge and I can’t able to recharge your pack it take one month, I call Vodafone customer care they didn’t pick up…till now my Vodafone number not activate incoming call

Vodafone I need proper solution for this or I will file the case about this issue , and you are going to loose your customers.
