I am using vodafone postpaid services and for last four months they are charging interested value add service charge and every time I need to call in customer care for asking the waiver,. I am really frustrated and irritating for this time when they charged me Rs.441 extra in value added services. I did not understand vodafone is doing this type of things again & again. I’ll talk many times in customer care about this,. But every time they are saying when your bill is generate call us after that then we will see it’s going to be waiver or not. Even they did not raise a complaint request against this issue. It’s a kind of harassment. Please help us about on this.
