I had purchased Motorola earbuds 2 earphones from online store Amazon.in, seller name:Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd, on 9th august 2017, few months back I visited the authorized service center of motorola at Victoria plaza, 385, Garia main Road, Kolkata-700084, where they denied to provide me service. after that I contacted with Motorola customer care service an Motorola Online chat support system for customer care , they provided me with contact details of their representative who deals with the service related to Headphones named Mxxxxj kxxxxxl, I mailed to to this contact hoping to get a solution regarding my warranty but I did not get any reply since. My warranty is going to end on 8th Aug, 2018 but I am clueless as to how to avail my warranty, moreover I also contacted with the seller at amazon.in ,i.e cloudtail India pvt.
