Complaint regarding Whirlpool AC service

I have compliant in whirlpool customer care with registered Mobile No. 7xxxxxxx9 dated on 4th June 2017, but no any receive positive response from customer care, customer care is told me your appliance replace in within 10 days but till date no any call receive and no any replacement from whirlpool side. Today is call Mr. Rxxxt in warehouse he told me your appliance replace will be after 1 month . I need your help.
