Complaint regarding withdrawal from SBI account

On , Rs 10000 was deposited via online to my account, same was not used and I received messages that amount is deducted from my account. I spoke to SBI customer care and received response that nothing can be done. This is a real shame as the account got hacked and it is negligence of the bank that no solution is provided.
