Complaint regarding wrong debit by Jabong

My bank account was debited with rs 500 on 6th Oct 2017 to Jabong even when I didn’t place a order with them. I lodged a complaint with Jabong .com with reference no 53180912. Firstly I had to chase them for a reply. Secondly their executive s esp Sxxxxxj was very rude. They asked me to submit my 6months bank statement. Their own executive called Axxxxxxxxxk admitted with me with the fact that no-one can share as confidential document as a statement with anyone. How cud I just give them my 6 months statement. I said that they can go to my order section and see that I hve no order on the said date…but they were rude and not agreeing.
