Complaint regarding wrong deduction by Tata Play

Unfair Deduction by Tata Play. I have taken 3000 Plan in the Month of September and it is showing a recharge within 6 months. I have not added any subscriptions to my Normal Telugu pack…In my Manage pack also..i have not confirmed but now it is showing I have to recharge..Please check and activate it for another 6months …for my total plan. Tata play customer number no one is responding.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
