Complaint regarding wrong delivery by Amazon

Amazon prime supplied wrong supply and not returned back amount was 7168 of JK tyre small size sent us.
I booked one car tyre size was 215/65/R16 on 27th July online. and the product was received 215/60 R16 on 5th Aug 2021. But i need to change at car work shop and open the package, it was found small size. which was not suitable to my car. I requested to return or exchange the same. they were refused to exchange / return. in this care i need justification of big amount.
