I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart and Expressbees for failing to address my issue of wrong product delivery and unresolved refund despite repeated calls and emails.
I received a wrong product from Expressbess on 11 Jan 2025 (1:32 PM). Later, I received the correct product from Flipkart on the same day at 3:58 PM, which I accepted as I urgently needed it.
Despite multiple calls and emails over the last 4-5 days, Flipkart has not initiated the return or refund process for the incorrect product.
The return deadline is 20 Jan 2025, and the delay in resolution is causing me significant inconvenience.
Immediate initiation of the return and refund process for the wrong product delivered by Flipkart.
Confirmation that there are no duplicate charges for the correct product delivered by Expressbees.
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action to ensure that Flipkart and Expressbees resolve this issue immediately. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to seek further legal remedies.
