Complaint regarding wrong free minutes deduction by Vodafone

I have recharged my number with 398 rs plan on 18/9/18. And on 25/09/18 i got msg that i have used my 1000 min of the week. But i have not even used half of them. Now if i call they will charge. I have called the help line but they said you have used it. But they dont have the numbers on which i have used these minutes. Can you help me stop this fraudulent practice?
