Complaint regarding wrong product delivered by Myntra

Wrong product delivered. Value: 654.
Hey, I ordered lingrie set from Myntra. In place of lingries they delivered woman jeans size 34. which is of no use to me. Moreover packet has 2 labels on it. They delivered someone else product to me. Now, on requesting for return they are denying and rejecting that they delivered same product

Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
