Complaint regarding wrong product delivery by Flipkart

This Complain is regards to online e-commerce site- http://www.Flipkart.com Flying Machine Men Solid Casual Blue Shirt amount of 1262 RS Ordered 13th Nov and delivered 15th Nov.

When I opened the parcel it was some totally different products of different person name which Sassfras relaxed women white trousers. When I contacted from 15th Nov till now they are saying wait for 48hrs to resolve. In the mean time they rejected my return request and block my acct already.

How pathetic services. where I have no fault but still I m suffering. Every time customer is not wrong your logistics and your approved seller sending wrong product. look into this before blaming customer. From Flipkart they r not refund my money back . Flipkart blaming me as i return high no of return from my end which is wrong totally.

In my Flipkart account from starting to end i purchase 81 product where 8-9 has been return nd 4has been cancel from my end nd also some Flipkart end . tell me where i done maximum return out of 81 purchase I have returned only 12 or 13. Which is only 11% of total purchase Flipkart blocked my account.

Being a Indian Citizen i need my Flipkart acct. to be unblocked/restored, need my full refund with complete Justice

    I received different product and I used 2 day delivery boy not returned received my order

    I ordered a “arko oyester mashroom spawn seed (200gm) for Rs 174 /-. But received a packaged product weight approx 5 grams. The highlights of the product says seed quantity 200 gms.

    I ordered a “jeans” but instead of it I recieved a saree.Please help me out of this. The item is yet not showing to bhi delivered in phone.

    hello,
    this flipkart company dont try to help customers. in my case they have made it even worse instead of solving it.
    i have placed a order for the product and i got a different product.
    the product which was delivered to me supposed to be received by some other girl. and when my mom asked the delivery person to check the name he said i have checked and without checking any details on the parcel he had given the parcel and refused to take it back when i requested him to take it back and give me the my product which i have ordered. now its the fault of the ekart delivery person, if he had listened to my request and change it at that time only, my issue had been solve by now. and when i contacted flipkart customer care they said they cannot help.

    at least i will never ever purchase anything from the flipkart app. its useless.
