Complaint regarding wrong product from Ceelkee

“Ceelkee” I order one ready-made saree rs 2000 from ceelkee on 3rd march 2022 and I received parcel from 5th march 2022. when I check product  it not look like image that the provide and they give me worst product every . Low quality even blouse  also one arm is tight and one arm is loose and no internal extra stitched and also provide wrong size product also saree behind cloth is shrink and look like old and used  product. And when I’m sharing image and told her to return and refund she stop replying I’m trying call her I’m texting her but she block me on call. I’m normal middle class girl and 2000 is expensive price for me .Please help me . www.ceelkee.com and they give me
HTTPS://www.ceelkee.com/pages/return-refund and they mention if your product defective then they will refund the money.
