I was request to close my connection in aprial and paid all dues in april Dated :- 12 april – 2018
I got confirmation that there is no due pening in my account with tikona and all payment are made . Even i paid more then pending amount .
I was shiftted in april to another city . Now tikona broadbaond send me bill to me that there is pending amount with me because in june internet was used. I request that that password was changed by your representative and i was shiftted from another city , how i can used the internet , no reply given by them
Now thay are harressment a, misbehave with me via calling multiple time in a day. I have all the mail in which dies are clear and disconnection request my be.
