Have a Xolo handset (within warranty) it has Software issue, so I gave it to Xolo Authorized service center . I gave it about 5 times to the same service center because Xolo customer Care told give mobile there only . But problem is not solved ,and the problem will visible only after using some 2 days. so I give them for 2 days observation or 2 days using so that they can also see the problem . But they are not use my mobile they simply format is and give it back to me, and saying it doesn’t have any problem. Now warranty period is over but the problem is in warranty is still not solved what should I do ? even the service center people is behaving too worst compared to all service center which I experienced.
