Complaint regardong phone lost in Ola cab

Ola cab driver stole my phone. Value: 28000

Last day I was taking a Ola ride to a hospital. When I got down from the cab, I left my phone mistakenly and the driver left with my phone. Within 5 minutes, my phone was switched off. When contacting the driver, he said he didn’t have it. He is denying it. But it is with him. Please help me out.
