I the undersigned had booked the flight ticket for visiting Bangalore from Ahmedabad on 21st March, 2020 and return on 28th March, 2020 with 5 person for which I had paid an amount of Rs,27,370/-. Due to CORONA the flights was suppose to cancel and as per information received through the Government had taken the step to close the Bangalore therefore I had requested the GoAir to cancel my ticket and refund me the full amount,
It is very much painful to state here that despite of my various request they had deducted an amount of Rs.20,620/- from the total amount and Rs.6,750/- refunded to the agency from where I had booked the ticket. A copy of the correspondences made with the GoAir and refund being carried out by the Airlines are enclosed herewith.
The agency after deducting their commission had refunded a lumsum amount in my account. Sir, I would like to state here that the cancellation of tickets was took place because of CORONA which is a natural calamity and no body can do anything during this situation. Therefore, I humbly request your good self to kindly intervene in the matter and do the needful in the matter by refunding full amount in my favour.
