This is regarding my credit card bill. I had hardly used my cc but because of penalties i had to pay Rs.18,645/- i had personally gone to the bank to settle all my dues and told them i want to deactivate that card. and they charged the dues also. Still i am getting emails and sms to settlle all the dues. I dont know why these people are sending me these sms. Also i called the call centre twice thrice and they always write my complain and never calls back and i wrote emails too but no response of that too. i’m tired of paying the bills for no reason. i would request you to please look into this matter.
