After several phone calls, I am raising compliance. I have taken Magnus EX on Feb 13-2022 at ARUNAGIRI Motors, Kalyana Nagar, Bangalore. At my first service, I have informed that battery voltage dropped so quickly and the same is confirmed from service. Based on the instructions, I submitted my battery on 30-03-2022 to Accor Motors, Bannerghatta, Bangalore. Until today (20-04-2022), I have not received any update on my battery. I am spending a lot of money on my daily needs (to reach the office, roam around…), which is not acceptable. Kindly, take action to update my battery status when I will get and also please let me who will be responsible for my loss these days.
