I purchased a bottle of Dabur Honey, and upon usage, I discovered a foreign ingredient or an anomaly that raises serious concerns about the product’s purity and quality. Despite leaving the honey out in the scorching heat of 47 degrees Celsius, it has not melted, which is highly unusual for pure honey. This has led me to suspect that the honey might not be pure and could contain chemical additives.
Given the potential health risks this poses to me and my family, I am distraught. With a heavy heart, I write this email, hoping for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to ensure such issues do not arise again.
I would like you to please look into this matter and provide a clear explanation and appropriate measures to address this situation. As a responsible consumer and a vocal Indian citizen, I feel compelled to bring this to the public’s attention unless my concerns are adequately addressed.
