I booked my consignment with Bluestar Movers&Packers at Bangalore to be moved to Bhubaneswar on 22.5.18 and paid the amount in full including extra for insurance as suggested by the courier persons. The household goods were made 7 no’s of small packets by them and lifted to their truck after receiving their full payments.The worth of the goods may be around 25000/-. The same has not reached at its destination till date. On inquiry to their customer care mobile the reply was that the goods have been detained by the company due to non payment of their desired payment. On clarification through their email they are demanding extra Rs 5000/- through bank neft and have provided their bank details. On doubt about their credibility I hesitate to send them money and asking for the commitment through mail. There is no reply from them yet. I am a senior citizen(age 70 years)and request for your advice and help in this regard.
