We have a trading concern of hardware in amritsar. Our firm disptached the goods to M/s JAI DURGA CEMENT PVT. LTD , SAMBHA dtd 21.8.2017 via transport NB LOGISTIC sister concern of NAV BHARAT GOODS CARRIER. The GR NO. OF THE BILTY IS 47744. The consignment had total of 4 parcels which contains ELEVATOR BELT, ELEVATOR BUCKETS AND BOLTS. OUR CONSIGNEE ( JAI DURGA CEMENT PVT LTD) ONLY RECIEVED THREE OF THAT. THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED ELEVATOR BELT. ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH BUT TRANSPORTER IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE MY CONSIGNMENT . NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT HAS BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT AND NOW THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO IGNORE US BY NOT PICKING UP OUR PHONE. If we visit there the owner of the transport neither get available nor they picked up our phone. Or if they pick our phone they just asked us for some more time to resolve it. Now this situation is become really very pathetic for us. Because we visited there every day . And they are just wasting our time . Our business is also getting effected by this because we are not giving proper time to our work.
