Consignment not delivered on time by DTDC

DTDC courier. Courier was done on 10th Feb and they promised for 14th Feb delivery today being the 19th Feb still ITS undelivered I paid Rs. 1650 for expertise courier and after speaking with customer service they said it takes 7 business day wrong information was given from all side. it’s better I would have done gov ernment speed postal service for Rs400 and they promised 5 days. My tracking no. N98333357. Kindly resolve this issue. I need my parcel and money back.

Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010.
