Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.8,649/-: Ashok Jagtap of Pune 411046, Maharashtra ordered for an Asus zenfone max mobile handset with Syberplace Esolution on 29 feb 2016. He was told that the delivery would be made within 7-13 days. However, he neither got the phone nor refund. There was no assistance from Syberplace.
