A night prior to the he was notified that the flight has been cancelled. He informed them that he need to cancel the return as well because the first sector got cancelled. Kishore K, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh Email: kallepu_k(at)yahoo.com bought Dabur honey from satvik shop.com Jan 2 2013 via order no7000018208. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money. Complaint against Yatra.com’ for Cash Back offer – Rs.1980/-: Mr. Sai Shankar of Hyderabad bought tickets through Yatra.com by credit card on 27.03.09 ( round trip Hyderabad to coimbatore). LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Lenovo Laptop Diwali extended warranty Offer: Swapnil Chaudhary of Dombivli(East), Maharashtra (Email: swapnil1011(at)gmail.com) booked for a Lenovo Laptop which came with extended warranty offer or free gifts.
