I raised my Shifting Request for Airtel Internet connection within city of Patna at around 12pm on 8 October 2021. It is a prepaid connection. Shifting charges are Rs.1000. It was promised to me that the process of shifting will be completed in 24hrs.
Since Saturday 9 October 2021 till today, I have spoken to Airtel Customer Care regarding shifting status multiple times including the Supervisors. Each day (9,10,11 Oct) I was promised that it will be completed by End of the Day but not a single step has been taken. I have not been provided any reason for the delay. On 11 Oct, customer care told me it will take another 48hrs for the shifting.
My brother and mine Work from Home is affected due to this delay.
They are not ready to waive off the shifting charges of Rs.1000. They are also not extending the period (3 days and counting) in the plan for which I am not able to use the Internet services.
