Courier not delivered by DTDC

I had couriered an urgent and important letter to my son at Gurugram through DTDC on 21 June, 2018 from Lucknow. Till 27 June, it has not been delivered to the consignee. On making a Feedback (complaint) on 26 June, now on 27 June the Status shown is ” Not delivered (Receiver not Available)’. It is to be informed that some one or the other is always available in the Flat. Furthermore, no telephonic information was given either to the Consigner or the Consignee. Due to non delivery of the letter my very important work is held up. The letter need to be delivered to the consignee immediately. Consignment Number Z63379561

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
