Courier not delivered by DTDC under special service

Courier Not delivered. I had couriered an urgent and important letter to my bank at Gorakpur through DTDC PLUSH (Delivered within 48 hrs) on 10 July 2018 from Rasra. Till 12 July,it has not been delivered to the consignee.The letter need to be delivered to the consignee immediately. Consignment Number V45757001.
