Courier not delivered by Professional couriers

PROFISSIONAL COURIER WAS DISPACTED ON 18/10/2017 BUT TILL DATE IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME, TRACK ID IS hyd66456139, i t came on 18/10/2017 to professional courier it is only 1 km away from my house but still it is not delivered, i call my client to day( ie 02-11-2017)why he did not send artical to me so he answared that the courier it self send on 16/10/2017. it is the 2nd time i am facing from professionalcourier service,

Therefore on 27.04.2013 he requested them to refund the money but the refund was not forthcoming. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-05-2013 and finally got his money back by 03-05-2013. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund.
