Courier not delivered documents even after 10 days

I have booked 7 courier packed from jaipur which for Guwhati Assam the same contains my son wedding card on 30th march 2018 and the same was not delivered till 10th April and also many of the times called up on the company customer care no of jaipur but there was no response at there end even though they talked so rude over phone. i have also marked a mail to their given mail addrss but again the reveted that I need to call on there customer care no. My son marriage is of 18th april and till date my relateive has not received the card then how come they can plan for the marriage. So irequest you to kindly do the needful for the same

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
