We have purchased CRI pump after two years it has some problems. We contacted service center at Vasai East maheshwari Mr. Rxxxxe he said this pump is out of warranty. And it will take few days I will ask for spare parts. Than I will give you quation, we have waited for one week but there is response from him. Still searching for part. Than I tried to call customer care all no. Not working discounting automatic. After two days I have registered complaint. Next day I have recd call form vashi marketing team. He said will arrange in 4day today is 3rd day still no response from him. And my complaint also closed by them claiming. I am not in warranty period.
I have one question that is CRI pump is use and through only or it will repaired also as all the members in CRI NOT responsible and not responding property. we ask somethings they loudly speak. They do not like to call them for reminders. I have given pump on 13th Aug 2019to Mr Rane today is 22.08.2019still not response they are not bother at all about our problem when we follow up they shouted and said we are doing it will come but when?
I feel sorry to buy CRI pump or my mistake, normal pump also working 2to three year properly and they are more cheaper than CRI repairs is low cost at fast, they charged more but no services.
