I purchased a LG 65 inch TV paying Rs 100000/- from Croma, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053 dated November 02, 2018. The invoice clearly mentions Gift LG one year extended warranty whereas the LG special festive offer page in their Naye India ki Diwali 2018 diwali brochure 2018 clearly states extended warranty 2 years apart from many other offers for purchase of smart UHD TV. Croma has not passed on to me the free offers and especially passed on to me only partly the 2 year extended warranty by giving me only one year extended warranty as gift and then reneging orally from giving the gift and further as a special case now inducing me to pay Rs 5348/ and settle the matter because I have complained. I feel that either this act of Croma is unfair OR the LG brochure is misleading the customer or BOTH.
