I will buy Samsung refrigerator 253 L frost free from flipkart on 14 th of Oct 2018 and they deliver 24 th Oct 2018 in damage condition thats why I will request flipkart to replace it then they raise return request after that they was arrange technical visit on 28 th Oct 2018 technical person visit 3 times and they said it’s not repairable change it on flipkart it’s leg damage product but flipkart said that technical person not updated any issue then they was revise return request on 29 the October 2018 after that revise technical visit even if already 3 times Samsung technical person visit and fill in jobsheet mantion leg damaged in front of me but flipkart says technical visit not done I will call Samsung care call centre executive said already technical person visit and same update leg damage in mail and jobsheet also but steel flipkart is not able to commitment of when delivered my refrigerator i have all call recording of Samsung care and flipkart customer care . But still flipkart says that technical person not updated any issue / not done technical visit last 5 days I will continue call flipkart but still not done my replacement and even flipkart not committed particular time to replace and deliver they only give technical visit date and after that time over revise it help me please and guide me what should I do.
