Damaged furniture delivered by Snapdeal

I purchased furniture worth 15K from Snapdeal. First i had to followup to get is assembled and when atlast the person came half of the goods was damaged. he left keeping half assembled goods telling it will be picked as it is. Now i am following up for last 2 months to get this returned and get the amount refunded.

Courier are coming and going saying they cannot take this and if we want we have to re-pack everything and give it to them. We said we are ready for that but for that they want us in specific material etc. This was advised when only ladies are available in home and this guy will stand outside waiting for this. How human !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
