I bought a product from Sathya Agencies, Porur on the 3rd June, 2017. It is a Haier make, top load automatic Washing Machine. Subsequently?, the product was delivered on 4th June, 2017 but to my shock, within 5 minutes after the delivery I found that the product is a damaged one with scratches here and there which is evident that it is a used/refurbished one. I immediately called up the shop keeper Kxxxn and informed him of the same for which he said the product must not have been a used one sarcastically. Then after he being convinced of the fact, with me sending him the picture of the damaged product he promised to replace the product in a day’s time. I then called up the Haier customer care and informed them of the same, in return they promised that their Technician will come to check, they gave me his number, which I called at least 10 times, yet it kept ringing but there was no response. Got a call from a verification Dept in Sathya Agencies who said the issue would be resolved in a day’s time. Neither the executives in Sathya Agencies nor the Executives? of Haier have called till now despite their promise of delivering a new product in a day’s time. The way they respond doesn’t give any assurance that we will get the replacement in the near time.
I request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest possible.
