I ordered IFB 6.5 KG fully Automatic Front Load washing machine from FlipKart online shopping on 24th Sept. The Product was delivered on 1st OCt 17. and when opened we found the top of the washing machine was completely damaged broken apart. I have immediately contacted FlipKart Customer Care on 1st Oct and they promised there will be Tech visit to check and then we will send the replacement product on 5th Oct 17. However, as of date I am just following up with customer care for my status of Replacement. In between there were multiple Tech Visit done and Technical person confirmed us the report being already send to IFB not sure why flipkart is playing with us saying they are waiting for the tech report.
