Damaged product delivered by Flipkart vendor

I had purchased a wardrobe from Flipkart on 22ND of July 2017 by debit card payment. I got the product delivered on 2ND of Aug, but it was broken. So I requested for a return on 4th of Aug. Since then Flipkart is giving various pickup dates though out this one month, but they have not replaced the product. Whenever I mail or call them,they just asked me to wait for 24hours, but at the end of it, they never do anything. I am getting harassed for the last 1month. Flipkart either replace the product or refund my money. They should cheat customers like this.Kindly do the needful. Regards
