I paid for a Microwave oven on December 14th and was promised delivery in a week. Finally after more than 3 weeks they delivered a damaged product. There is some internal issues with their local vendor as the person wanted me to pay money etc in another account. I raised this issue to Flipkart and they asked me to send the product details with pictures of the damaged material, invoice etc which I did. Despite all this they did nothing to replace the item or refund the money till now. Please advise.
